Easi-Span Buildings are the industry's only large to ultra-large, expandable, all-concrete clear span building system on the market (including the roof). These durable and secure clear span buildings are available in clear-span widths of 20', 24', 30', & 40' with building lengths up to 200' (in 10'increments). Building heights are available from 9' to 20' and are designed for 140mph wind loads (standard) and 60psf live loads. Easi-Span's exclusive expandability feature allows the precast concrete building length to be expanded, when needed, while maintaining the original integrity of the roof system.
Most clear span buildings can be installed in 3-5 days on either a poured in place concrete foundation or with LPMI's precast floor panels. Like the Easi-Span roof panels, the floors are also post tensioned together once the keyway joints are grouted.
