At LPMI, a licensed Easi-Set building producer, we manufacturer both transportable and site-erect structures ranging in size from 8’x8’ to as large as 30’x100’ to date.

We offer both solid concrete wall designs ranging in thickness from 3” to 5" and structural insulated sandwich panel designs 6.5" thick carrying an R-26 insulation rating. We also offer a complete package of interior and external finish options which include electrical, plumbing and HVAC just to name a few. Our transportable buildings can be delivered to your job site fully assembled and installed, typically in less than 1 hour.  We also provide most of the same finish options on our site erected structures. Site-Erected buildings can be placed on poured in place slab or a on series of post-tension precast slabs, whichever best serves your application.
